First, I am completely satisfied that All Seasons is compassionate towards my well-being, care and safety. my concern is there concern, and when i have a problem they always try to get back to me and never leave me hanging. They are good listeners, there are certain medications that I can take and cant take, and they always see to it that they deliver (Advance Care Pharamacy). They really have a good follow up system, and they always respond on time. The staff, especially Elena (social worker), Vanessa(Nurse) and Art(Administrator) are always on time, and are always on it when it comes to giving services. The doctors(Dr. Mann) will work through options with you, and treats everybody as an individual rather than as a whole, it is very personal. The staff that's taking care of me are very thoughtful and are really involved in everything, they check on me and you can really feel their concern towards me. I would highly recommend All Seasons to any one who desires to have a one on one type of service. If you're the type of person who wants follow up, and one on one service this is the place for you. They always make me feel like i have a voice and i am included in my own care. When i have problems with my medication, they are always on top of it, and the pharmacy ( Advance Care Pharamacy) always follows instructions. They are as involved too. Dr. Mann, has a very quick response to any medication changes, to any kind of medication refills. I've been sick in the hospital many times before and Dr. Mann is knowledgeable on what types of medication is needed, and is open to suggestions as to what the patient feels would work for them. The PA was very knowledgable and was good at explaining to me how my diagnosis can affect my daily living. I had a problem with receiving my ADA ASSISTANCE, and Vanessa got on it the next day, she helped with certain documents that were needed, and now I have ADA assistance every week when i visit this establishment. Elena was and is very helpful and efficient, and very quick to ensure my financial stability. She went above and beyond to ensure i wouldn't be homeless. You will have a voice in terms of your care. All Seasons helps in a lot of ways. They have great resources and wont leave you empty. If you need any kind of assistance in terms of mobility, they are very quick to respond to that. Any company All Seasons work with, or vendors they associate with or order's from they are as quick to respond just as All Seasons is.
